I joined You Made New in April and Nicki provided advice and practical support to help me lose weight and get in shape for my daughter’s wedding in July. After the menopause it’s so hard to drop weight but with Nicki’s coaching I lost around 5kg and felt fabulous! I was always ‘trying’ to lose weight or talking about losing but never changing my habits to do so ! I never felt comfortable or even confident with myself but again, not doing anything to change it. I was over eating and just not thinking about what I was consuming. I’ve lost 26lbs which is amazing, although still got some way to go, it’s an incredible way to start…I’ve lost a lot especially around my waist. There are definite changes to my progress pics. I feel a lot better about myself, I went on holiday and felt comfortable in my swim wear and I’ve changed from a lazy girl lifestyle to a get moving life style and loved it!

Before coaching, I was really unable to stay consistent with healthy eating and exercise. I would do really well for a short amount of time and lose a lot of weight, but then put it all back on.
